1. Payment

1.1. All payments for services, products, lessons, and coaching are due at the time of purchase or service delivery.

2. Refunds and Returns for Crystals and Gemstones

2.1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

2.2. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.

2.3. In case of damaged items:

If the item arrives broken, we will replace it at no cost to you.

2.4. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds for Services

3.1. No refunds are provided for past payments on any services, including but not limited to:

Energy healing sessions, Spiritual readings, Lessons, Coaching. Any similar services- virtual and / or in person.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Product Orders

You are allowed to cancel your order if the product has not been shipped out.

4.2. Services and Appointments

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit.
